I am the owner of what the Insurance Industry considers a small to medium sized Insurance Company. We have an existing client base of over a thousand businesses that we provide services for. I was approached about a year ago with the idea of adding EpicPay's services to our “menu of services”. Being involved with Insurance for 25 years, I knew nothing about the credit card processing industry, nor did I really have the time or desire to learn it.

Fortunately, working with EpicPay; I didn’t have to. They helped us create an email campaign and offered it as a “Free Look” to our “Valuable Customers” to see if there was any room to save them money with their processing. To my surprise, the response was tremendous. I saw the value in adding EpicPay's services to our menu of services, but I never imagined it would become such a lucrative part of our company. The residual income that is derived from our customer’s credit card processing accounts alone covers a substantial part of our monthly operating expenses. EpicPay has taken such great care of not only my company, but more importantly my customers. My only regret is that we didn’t start this sooner. We have been customers of EpicPay since May 2007. PostNet is a national franchise and we originally went with the approved vendor for the PostNet group due to the rate they offered. Our POS system uses ICVerify and after 4 years the former merchant services group decided to discontinue support for ICVerify.

Making the switch from a former company to EpicPay was relatively easy due to Brandon Burden’s on sight assistance and the help of their technology group. They did support ICVerify and also give us a comparable rate. Spectrum’s customer support team has always been able to answer any questions and resolve any issues (which have been very rare) with courteous and professional assistance.

EpicPay is an amazing company. They respond to questions and requests promptly. Their customer service is top notch.
